Application Methods

Please see the various application methods for each of the badge styles below. It is important that these application instructions are followed exactly in order to ensure full adhesion of the badge.

Care Instructions: Please ensure that all proper care instructions are followed for the lifecycle of the garment to maintain the quality of the badge. All clothes with heat sealed badges applied should be washed at 30ºC and should not be tumble dried.

Silicone Badge

Standard silicone badge application method, ensuring proper adhesion for long-lasting results.

150-155º C for 15s at 3KG pressure

TPU Badge

TPU badge application requiring the Silicone Pad provided to cover the logo during the pressing process.

160-170ºC for 15s at 3KG pressure

Flock Badge

Flock badge application for a premium textured finish.

150-155ºC for 15s at 3KG pressure

Woven Heat Seal Badge
